Saïdia Development Company signs partnership with TUI France“

Economy of the East

The partnership announced by the Saïdia Development Company aims to support the positioning of the Saïdia Mediterranean station on the international tourism map, with a special focus on the European market, in a context of increasing competition among Mediterranean destinations to attract foreign tourists.

The Saidia Development Company (SDS), a subsidiary of CDG Group, announced the signing of a partnership agreement with tour operator TUI France, via an official post on LinkedIn. The agreement comes as part of the company's efforts to enhance the attractiveness of the Saidia Mediterranean station and expand its presence in foreign tourism markets, especially in Europe.

The move is part of a process through which the Saidia Development Company seeks to leverage the distribution network and marketing expertise of international tourism player TUI France to improve the visibility of the destination and integrate it more broadly into the travel offerings of foreign tourists, while seeking to overcome the seasonal peak.

Betting on diversifying the tourism offer

Saidia Mediterranea, as an integrated tourist destination in the East, relies on a range of assets, including hotel infrastructure, entertainment offerings, and golf courses. Through this approach, Saidia Mediterranea seeks to attract foreign customers with specific requirements, who are looking for integrated tourism offers that are not limited to beach tourism associated with the summer season.

In this context, the company's stated objectives are to enhance the commercial dynamism of the terminal and to reorganize the tourist season throughout the year, thus reducing seasonality, which remains one of the main constraints facing the destination.

Engaging the hotel industry

The agreement also includes cooperation with the Radisson Blu Resorts & Residence in Saïdia, which is the hotel partner in this process. This approach reflects the Saidia Development Company's keenness to involve local hotel operators in the implementation of this partnership, ensuring that the tourism offer is in line with the requirements of the target markets.

Although the exact financial or operational details of the agreement were not disclosed, the Saidia Development Company emphasizes the importance of this partnership for the regional economic system, given the spillover effects it could have on a number of tourism-related sectors, such as transportation and services.

According to the Saïdia Development Company, the signing of this agreement is part of a broader internationalization strategy that aims to strengthen Saïdia's presence in foreign markets and establish its image as a competitive Moroccan tourist destination outside the national framework, based on a gradual approach based on professional partnerships
