Investment Center clarifies regional grant percentages for businesses by region

Economy of the East
In the context of activating the special support system for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the East Region, the Regional Investment Center (RIC) provided new clarifications on the accompaniment and territoriality grant, after repeated questions from entrepreneurs interested in this incentive program.
Official data confirms that the grant percentage is determined by the location of the project within the region. For projects located in the provinces of Berkane and Nador, the percentage of territorial accompaniment is approximately 10 percent. The percentage rises to 15 percent for projects implemented in the provinces of Oujda-Ankad, Fejaij, Gersif, Drouiche and Tawerirt. This disparity is based on a development perspective that takes into account the specificities of the localization of projects within the region, with greater support for regions that need additional incentives to attract investment.
The Regional Investment Center provides a digital platform for entrepreneurs to register and ask questions related to support mechanisms and how to benefit, in addition to filling out the form through the announced link. This digital track aims to simplify procedures and provide direct channels of communication with project holders in different regions without exception.
The Regional Investment Center for the East Region also announced the organization of a detailed meeting to explain this system during the regional caravan stop in Nador on Thursday, December 11, 2025, starting at 3:00 pm, in the presence of the center's staff to answer questions and provide explanations on the conditions of benefit, while clarifying the accompaniment paths directed to project holders, whether in the establishment, development or funding request phase.
This meeting is part of a series of field accompaniment through which the region seeks to bring services closer to startups and make it easier to understand the support procedures, especially since the program has become one of the main pillars of improving the investment climate and establishing an entrepreneurial culture within the Eastern Province.
