As part of its efforts to strengthen its national network and support economic and social development projects in different regions of the Kingdom, Tawfiq Microfinance Foundation announced the launch of a recruitment competition for the recruitment of development agents for 2025.

Through this recruitment, the organization seeks to attract young talents capable of keeping pace with microcredit beneficiaries and providing sustainable financial services that keep pace with the needs of the target groups.

Duties of Development Officers

According to the official announcement, the Development Officers will undertake several field tasks including:

Monitoring the performance of beneficiaries and accompanying them in the implementation of their projects

Evaluating projects on the ground

Overseeing collections and direct communication with customers

Prepare periodic reports and update field data

Targeted areas for recruitment

The recruitment process includes several regions of the Kingdom, including: Rabat, Fez, Casablanca, Tangier, Agadir, Beni Mellal, Jeddah, and other areas. The organization invited candidates to refer to the full announcement to see the list of cities involved.

Terms of candidacy

Tawfiq has set the following conditions for nomination:

Candidates must be under the age of 35

Residence in the area of assignment

Have one of the following certifications:

Bachelor's degree in economics, law or management

Specialized technical diploma (BTS or DUT)

Professional training diploma (OFPPT) in accounting or business management

Candidacy file

The candidacy file consists of:

A written request specifying the requested entity

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Copies of certificates obtained

A copy of your national ID card

Selfie

Housing certificate
